Booking Questions

We plan to offer an authentic Costa Rican breakfast soon but for now Uber-Eats or any of the other delivery services will have your breakfast from the Local restaurants delivered quickly 

We do not have a swimming pool.

We do not have our own airport pick-up but the local taxis will safely bring you to The RoofTop House.

The RoofTop House has a large Washer and Dryer.  There are no laundry facilities in the Cabin.

The RoofTop House and Cabin are 35 to 40 minutes driving from the San Jose Airport (SJO).

There is a Gas Grill on the Terras of the Cabin.

The RoofTop House and Cabin are cleaned twice a week on Monday and Thursday.  Daily cleaning can be requested.

The RoofTop House has a fast Fiber internet access.  There is Wifi access in the House, the Cabin and the Garden.  Throughout the house and the bedrooms there are also ethernet (Wired network) sockets.

The Gate and the House are equipped with Smart Locks which will give access to the property and the house with your own electronic key which you will receive when your booking is confirmed. 

The neighborhood is very safe and regularly patrolled by private security.  The property is completely fenced and monitored 24×7.  Multiple cars can be safely parked inside the gates.

The RoofTop House has an Espresso (Nespresso or Britt Capsules) Machine with Milk Frother.  We supply you with some complementary Capsules for the first days of your visit.

Shop Questions

During your stay at The Rooftop House we will deliver any items you purchase to the House or Cabin.   If you order online we will ship to the specified address.

All the items in The Rooftop House or Cabin that have a price tag are for sale.

The RoofTop House Shop in Escazu is open from Monday to Saturday.

You can shop with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit cards or Cash.

Yes, Gift Cards are available from 10 Usd

When you are registered you will earn membership points for every purchase or stay at our House or Cabin.  Points can be spend on future bookings or at the shop.

On requests all your gifts will be nicely wrapped by our staff at the shop

For Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations or any other occasion a Gift Register can be created online or by visiting our shop in Escazu, Costa Rica.

Creating a Gift Registry online, login, name your registry, set the date of your event and start adding items to your wish list.  Once your Gift Registry is ready you can easily share the link.

Yes, we gladly refill your Candle holder in our Escazu Shop or if you send us the holder we will refill it and return it to you by post.

Of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we’ll refund the full purchase price. Products just need to be in original condition and packaging.  

We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

We simply ask that products be returned in their original packaging, including accessories

We will need a little time to process your return. But as a rule you won’t have to wait more than 21 working days to have your money refunded.

We’re unable to process exchanges for different colors. In this case, please simply return your original order and place a new order for the color you desire.
