Story
Story
The Rooftop House was a dream of a beloved son, father and brother who was a visionary Costa Rican entrepreneur who loved nature, adventure and, most of all to show his two daughters the world.
In his honor we have created The Rooftop House and Cabin on the spot, overlooking San Jose, where he very much enjoyed coming.
We furnished The Rooftop House with environmentally conscious products from South Africa which you can find at The Rooftop House Shop In Escazú or right here online.
All our products are made from the finest all natural materials.
The Avoova products are all unique hand-crafted pieces covered with seductive ostrich eggshells.
Our Mungo Textiles are GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) where sustainability, transparency and traceability are the core objectives.
With Prêt-á-Pot nature has always been a strong inspiration to all products which has resulted in beautiful and functional ceramics, evolving from season to season. The organic qualities of working with local clays and glazes allows for our products to be unique, even to each other, as each piece reacts slightly differently in the kiln as well as being handmade using artisanal methods, this only adds to the uniqueness of our high quality products that we are proud to share with you.
